Sivaraja studied architecture at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 2005. Soon after Graduation, with love and passion for architecture he chose to move to Bengaluru. Initially, he worked with Z axis Design Studio for 3 years and later with Sudhakar Pai Associates for about 7 years.

During this period, he has worked on large scale projects like corporate campuses in contrast to small independent residences. The projects he worked on have got recognized and published in Books, Magazines, and top listed architectural website. On the other hand, he is compassionate to share his learning and went to RR School of Architecture, Bengaluru as an Assistant Professor for a couple of semesters. He respects using local materials in the design of spaces. His enthusiasm stays unchanged all through the process right from creation, development, and to the minute details regardless of the project dimensions.

Soujanya Dasari

Soujanya graduated from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 2007. She has high expertise in Architectural Drawing Packages, Drafting and Detailing, Interior Designing, Millwork Shop Drawings, Material Quantity Take-Off, Construction Documentation and Project Co-ordination.

She worked with major off-shore clients like Patella Manufacturing Inc. - USA, Island Precision Manufacturing Ltd. - Canada, Desallesflint - London, Decor Systems Australia, Trevor SADD associates - London, Substance.hk- Hong Kong.

Excellent exposure to software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Her ability of work with ease keeps our entire team inspired and motivated.

Swetha Kuna

Swetha completed M.Arch in Interior Design from SPA, JNAFAU, Hyderabad. She started her journey as an Intern and continuing as Architect & Interior Designer at Elev1 Studio.

During her graduation at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, Swetha got the awards for Best Architectural Thesis and Best Internship work.

Although her roots are from a Doctors’ Family, her interest and passion towards Architecture, she rolled out and grown as an Architect with her design and creative skills.

Her everlasting smile and never losing energy keeps the Studio always active and creative. She is very keen on doing research when it comes to solve any design problem and deliver best design detail.

An enigmatic persona who strives to better himself as an individual and a designer everyday, he understands architecture as a form of art that has the power to influence the people and its environment. He is the driving force behind the Studio Interlace with his unwavering support and confidence in the team coupled with his clear vision and expertise of over two decades.

An embodiment of perseverance and patience, he is the silent witness to all tomfoolery we do during breaks. And the office mystery is: When does the Principal Architect leave from work?

Associate Director - BIM

With over 18 years of diverse experience in the architectural profession, he brings a deep understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM), energy simulations, and innovative design solutions. His career has spanned multiple regions, including India, Ireland, Ghana, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain, where he has successfully contributed to a wide variety of large-scale, high-rise, and landmark projects. He has worked in various capacities, from design conception through to detailed documentation, leading design coordination efforts with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe.
